<p data-start="82" data-end="115"><strong data-start="82" data-end="115">About the Working Environment</strong></p> <p data-start="117" data-end="352">The intensive care unit is a small but highly dedicated department with six beds, a committed and compassionate team, and a shared goal of providing patients with the highest level of care combining professional expertise and humanity.</p> <p data-start="354" data-end="595">The hospital is part of a larger healthcare organisation with an academic teaching function in cooperation with a university medical centre. It also has a special focus on the specialised medical and nursing care of people with disabilities.</p> <p data-start="597" data-end="899">With a total capacity of several hundred inpatient and day-care beds, the organisation is committed to patient-centred care. Healthcare services are designed around the needs of the individual, requiring strong teams that combine clinical routine with openness to innovation and continuous improvement.</p>

<p data-start="60" data-end="80"><strong data-start="60" data-end="80">Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul data-start="82" data-end="572"> <li data-section-id="xkpufa" data-start="82" data-end="217"> Care for intensive care patients with impaired vital functions as part of an interdisciplinary team working in a three-shift system </li> <li data-section-id="1pnzmk3" data-start="218" data-end="374"> Application of up-to-date professional knowledge and implemented nursing and care concepts, as well as evaluation of the effectiveness of measures taken </li> <li data-section-id="i6amr4" data-start="375" data-end="507"> Monitoring of invasive and non-invasive therapies for assigned ICU patients and initiation of life-saving measures when required </li> <li data-section-id="x2afvz" data-start="508" data-end="572"> Participation in the in-house resuscitation (code blue) team</li></ul>

<p data-start="60" data-end="71"><strong data-start="60" data-end="71">Profile</strong></p> <ul data-start="73" data-end="470"> <li data-section-id="vn9crd" data-start="73" data-end="212"> Completed training as a qualified nurse (f/m/d), nursing professional, or a university degree in a dual bachelor’s programme in nursing </li> <li data-section-id="lhhpyh" data-start="213" data-end="337"> Specialist training in anaesthesia and intensive care nursing or prior experience in an intensive care unit is desirable </li> <li data-section-id="179r6lo" data-start="338" data-end="418"> Strong team player with a high value placed on collaboration with colleagues </li> <li data-section-id="1j4dgt5" data-start="419" data-end="470"> Commitment and a strong sense of responsibility </li> </ul>
